The hotel front desk or concierge simply calls SOS Home Doctors® for immediate dispatch. A doctor comes promptly to the guest’s hotel room to provide professional medical care.

With a doctor on call 24/7, we dispatch doctors for symptoms and medical concerns including fever, flu, cough, stomachaches, headaches, dizziness, and other common medical conditions.

What the hotel visit includes

The doctor visits the guest’s room, reviews their medical history, evaluates their symptoms, and performs a clinical examination. The guest receives appropriate treatment, medical advice, and a prescription when needed.

Every consultation respects the guest’s privacy and confidentiality.

If further investigations are needed, we can coordinate diagnostic services such as X-ray, ultrasound, or echocardiography at the hotel.
